1. Agreement

By accessing the Apex Talent website ("Site") or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply. By submitting an application you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age during the onboarding process.

3. Nature of Work

Apex Talent recruits independent contractors (not employees) to perform remote streaming moderation and operator tasks for mainstream live-streaming platforms. All platforms we work with operate in compliance with applicable laws and host exclusively non-adult content (gaming, music, lifestyle, talk shows).

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding employment offer. An offer is only formalised after a successful review call and written agreement.

4. Zero-Fee Policy

Apex Talent never charges applicants or operators any fee at any stage — including registration, training, equipment, or onboarding. If any person or entity claiming to represent Apex Talent requests payment from you, do not pay and report it to us immediately.

5. Compensation

Compensation rates and payment schedules (including training payouts and weekly USD disbursements) are confirmed in your individual operator agreement. Rates described on the Site are illustrative ranges and not guaranteed minimums. Actual earnings depend on hours worked, performance, and platform policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, animations, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Apex Talent. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in your application
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Site
• Impersonate Apex Talent or its staff in any communication
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Talent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or application process.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
